This is my first post on my blog. I will be writing on here in regards to training for triathlons. Triathlon is one of my passions and I will be talking about the various aspects of training from peaking for a race to mental strategies.
All this is to make you go blazing fast on race day.
Triathlon coaching is a vast subject and it can be difficult to know what information is useful. I have quite a bit of experience in the sport from both coaching and racing over the years to lead you in the direction to get you to rock and roll.
