		<description>Stop pedaling. Lean a little to the side and relax. Best to do this on a downhill. You may get some on your leg, but just clean it up using your water bottle. (Make sure it is water and not sports drink!#!)

Saves a lot of time.

This might be a stupid question, if so, don&#039;t bother answering.  When one does an IM, I&#039;m assuming that everyone high tails it to the woods or potty to relieve themselvers, right? I rode my bike for about 5 hours today, and had to stop 3 times.  I&#039;ve read a lot, and listened to a lot of information, but have heard little discussed on this subject...I&#039;m assuming it is because it is so obvious it should not be discussed???  :-)  For example, does a Chrissie Wellington or Potts make any stops during her IM crushing times?</description>

I did the c-ville 10 miler (VA) yesterday, &amp; had my 1st experience w/a stomach cramp during a race. I shiftered my posture &amp; relaxed, &amp; w/in minutes the pain went away, never to return &amp; I had a great race!!!
I happen to read your suggestion afterwards, but you put the words in context for me to share this w/others.
I really love this site, and the Tues. nite conference calls!!
