Kerry,
I am enjoying your videos. Keep them coming. Can you try to keep the camera still. It is very distracting. Thanks,

Kerry,
Enjoyed the tip. But I have a question for your latest nutritionist. He made the comment, “. . . train the body to utilize internal fat stores and protect carbohydrate stores. . .” sounds great! I was only able to listen to 1/2 of his interview. Did he answer, “How” do I do this? I’ve got plenty of fat stores I would like to utilize!

Excellent info on all topics.
Intestesting to hear more about “How much should you weigh” and the findings from Dave Ellis
WITHOUT OFFENDING ANY OF YOUR SPEAKERS, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHICH STYLE OF RUNNING DO YOU PERSONALLY USE; POSE, CHI OR ANY COMBO??
Kerry! Perfect timing…I’m just getting over a terrible cold and had a strong foundation of training built. I was very frustrated and a little concerned about how jump back in without overdoing it. Thanks for the helpful advise.

Hi Kerry,
Love the videos.
I’m here in Canada, into my third year of triathlons( been running for the last 10 years )
My weakest disipline in the triahtlon is the swim, I,m unable to continuously swim freestyle, but i’m a very strong breast stroke swimmer.
Up until now I have swam without a wetsuit, and this year i have signed up for an olympic event so I’m looking to purchase a wetsuit.
I have been told that if I swim breast stroke that a full length wetsuit will hinder my progress, and that I should get a wetsuit with short legs.
Please if you have any input, can you give me any info.
Amanda.
either a short or full version wetsuit?
