Triathlon Coaching – When Are You Recovered?

Knowing when you are recovered from a work out is a hard thing to know. Truth is you’ll never be 100% in a given training phase as you are pushing your body to a higher level. The human body is an amazing thing and will build it self to be stronger so it can take the given training stimulus but in order to do this you will be weaker for a little.

There is always a breaking point however. How much is too much? watch the video to find out.

    Hi there…
After having listened to the summit with the talk about the “method” I wondered what your take was on zone training and the use of the heart monitor and do you think training in zone 3 results in the accumulation of Junk miles – as I have read in some books…
    Thanks Shona

    Kerry,
Thank you so much for the free phone calls and video tips on the summit.
And, I have to agree with Kyle, you are becoming BIG TIME now so it’s time for a tripod. If I lived in Florida I would bring you one but I live in NH :-)
