Off seasone

Whats up!

It’s been a little bit as I have talked
to you all. I have been busy as I had
a few pro triathletes staying with me
from Australia.

I’m back now and like many of you
my racing season is over for the year.
Personally I had a pretty good season
and did well enough to get my pro licence
but I am going to wait a year before I
go up and hit that……..I think ;)

Now is the time of year I have a little down
time and just got off of 2 weeks of not really
do doing much of any thing. Today I will
be starting some low intensity structured work
outs.

Many people mistake the off season for meaning
months of ware you do nothing. Staying active
is still important. You want to keep some cardio
fitness and be a bit active will help you to
recover quicker too.

Too often I see people dig them selves way to big
of a whole at this time and gain tons of weight
and loose all fitness. Why dig your self that big
of a whole?

There is no need to make things any harder.
